The immediate goal is to survive the genocide, have enough food, and safe shelter from all the elements. With Hussein recovering from an injury, Asmaa is his Palestinian wife and mother of twin girls, Joan and Julia. She asks for just enough to survive the daily challenges. She hoped to raise funds to rebuild their destroyed home, but three years into the genocide, it's not looking like there is room to build right now because they need to think about surviving. t. The situation for Hussein's family has gotten worse. Hussein is the main provider and was hit by shrapnel all over his body. The healthcare system is nonexistent due to the ongoing genocide, and the ceasefire has been violated by Israel since the beginning

Instead of focusing on survival during a genocide in a death camp, they now have to use what very little they have to save Hussein and pay for his treatment.

Give and share. Palestinians in Gaza are suffering still. Whatever amount you give, gives them immense hope in a sea of uncertainty and violence.

My name is Ayah and I'm a photographer and graphic designer living in SoCal. A picture of what looked like my son Zayn

on an UNRWA page, is how I met Hussein. It started with a photograph and our love for photography and art, that's how we got to know each other. Me a Palestinian mother of two living in California, him a father of two living in Gaza, both, graphic designers and photographers and parents and humans. It was through my volunteer work with UNRWA at the time I came across his work.

In the last few years I got to now Hussein and Asma(his wife), by video chatting when they were able to and send voice notes, photos and videos as much as possible. There is always a new challenge they face every time I get an update. Right now, with winter here, Asma tells me the storms on on the beach are unbearable to say the least. Shelter is non existent as they only have a tent in the sand, they stand zero chance against high winds and heavy rain fall that can sometimes be constant. All this down pour yet the drinking water is contaminated, it's unsafe to drink. Yet it's all there is. Same with the food, it's also expensive, scarce and expired.

The genocide is not over with a ceasefire. Palestinians in Gaza still face dire situations, their best case scenario of the day would be some of our worst nightmares. The suffering is unimaginable and yet the world still is unable to lift a finger.

Using this platform to reach people with open hearts and generous souls we can try to give people hope for some type of better future.

Asma a mother of two little girls has to manage living in a tent for over 2 years now, amidst a genocide, famine and storms. The least we can do is help put her daughters Joy and Joyce in Kindergarten. I want to help them raise as much money as possible, I will send the money directly to them and provide updates on the page. They trusted me with this and it took me a while to get this set up because they never wanted to ask.

‏My name is Hussein Karim,Photographer and designer from Gaza City, Palestine ...I am a married man with two beautiful twin girls Julia and Joan.

‏I work in the freelance market as a graphic designer and video editor. I have advanced experience in the field of photography.

‏I love life and I love the details of my work. I have a passion and many dreams, some of which have come true and some of which are still waiting. My biggest dream is to become a film director, but my dreams were destroyed and turned to ashes, and time stopped with them because of the war that took everything from us.

‏Now my family and I live in a small tent, displaced with hope and optimism that this ordeal will end and we will return, thanks to God and then thanks to you, to rise again and return to our previous life full of hope and happiness that we have always dreamed of returning to.
