Behind every great man stands an even greater woman and some woman rarely takes credit for everything her husband has accomplished. That last part is not Judy. She is very vocal for being the rock that has made Brian a great man; our mentor, our coach, our teammate, our brother, and our hero.
Joking aside, for everything that Brian has done for us we have Judy to thank. It is her endless support and love for Brian that allows him to give back to the community. This time Judy and Brian need us.
Judy was diagnosed with a rare cervical cancer in January. Despite rounds of chemo, the aggressive cancer has spread and doctors have recommended palliative care. Judy and Brian are continuing to find options for a cure. It is a tough and grueling journey. But those who know Judy; she isn't giving up. Born and raised in the mean streets of Chicago Chinatown, Judy is prepared to fight this.
