Hi, my name is Ram, and I’m organizing this fundraiser on behalf of our family after the unexpected and heartbreaking loss of my nephew, Roger Anthony Martinez — lovingly known as RJ.

RJ was only 22 years old and the proud father of a beautiful baby girl, Jhené Rose Martinez, who is just 18 months old. From the moment she was born, RJ’s love for her was undeniable. Becoming a father was one of his proudest moments, and the bond they shared was something truly special.

On Saturday, May 17th, RJ was involved in a tragic car accident and passed away. Our entire family is devastated, and we’re still trying to process the pain of losing someone so young, so full of life, and so deeply loved.

We’re coming together as a family to lay RJ to rest and to carry forward the light he brought into our lives through his daughter. Many have reached out asking how to help, and this fundraiser is one way to show support during this incredibly difficult time.
