For Jasper’s Future, In Jasmine’s Memory

Hello friends, family, and kind supporters,

On Friday, my world changed forever. I lost Jasmine, the mother of my son Jasper, after her long and courageous battle with cancer. She was not only my partner in raising our boy, but also my friend, my family, and one of the most beautiful souls I have ever known.

Jasmine fought with everything she had, and through it all, she showed us what true strength, love, and grace really look like. Jasper and I were blessed to love her, and to be loved by her. She was the heart of our little family, and we will carry her with us in every moment of our lives.

As Jasper and I face this heartbreaking loss, we are also stepping into a new chapter. For the past few years, I’ve been piecing together work in town so I could be here for Jasmine and for Jasper. Normally, I would work out of town, but being present for my family was the most important thing to me. Now, as I become Jasper’s sole parent, my world revolves around giving him stability, love, and as much normalcy as possible as he grieves the loss of his mom.

The road ahead will not be easy. Grief is heavy, and there are many challenges—financial and emotional—that we will face together. But I know that Jasmine would want me to raise our son with hope, love, and resilience.

I am deeply grateful for the kindness and support we have already received from friends, family, and our community. It means more than words can ever express.
