It took 42 minutes to get my food from Taco Bell, because a young lady, named Jakairah Cole, was working all alone. The line of cars wrapped around the building and the inside was full. She was a class act, and so sweet, polite to all the customers. Many even offered to help her, but she kindly refused, worried it would get her in trouble. When the drive-through customers came to the window, she didn’t even tell them she was all alone, she just humbly told them that she was sorry for their long wait. Before leaving, I asked for her Cash App - after posting, it quickly maxed out at a $1000 limit. I wanted to try and make this difficult night worthwhile for Jakairah, who truly deserves a little recognition for going above and beyond as a model employee, working all alone past midnight.
