Hello, my name is Mohammed Ebrahim. Earlier this year I had done a fundraiser for my glaucoma surgery. Due to my glaucoma condition I have lost sight in my right eye and have impaired in the left eye and I have vision loss in left eye although I can partially see. Formally I used to be an accountant by profession a member of CIMA and ICPAK. However due to my vision loss I cannot carry on my duties as an accountant any longer hence I have decided to set up an Indo Swa restaurant inmy home town of Mombasa,Kenya preparing and selling food on the swahili coast of East African coastline fused with Indian spicing and herbs from India as my ethnic origin comes from India due to the influence of the culture of India and swahili Coast, a unique type of cuisine has developed and I would like to sell foods with a unique Indo-Swa flavour.
