For Holly, Leigh & Harry

We're raising money for our friend and colleague Leigh, his partner Holly and son Harry. We feel that they deserve a little light and joy to look forward to after Holly's Adult Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) diagnosis.

 

Holly is currently receiving treatment at Sheffield’s Hallamshire Hospital. Whilst this is extremely frightening for Holly, Leigh and everyone who knows her, the cancer is curable and both Holly and the staff at the Hallamshire hospital are fighting tirelessly to beat the diagnosis.

 

Her wonderful friends, inspired by Holly, and the staff at the Hallamshire setup a JustGivingPage and are raising money by taking part in the Sheffield Half Marathon and dedicating their run to the Sheffield Blood Cancer Trust. Holly will be fighting hard for the next six weeks, with Leigh and Harry by her side.

 

Our mission is to raise some money for them, so that once her treatment finishes they can plan to do something fun without worrying about cost. Rich Forbes-Ritte, Jessica Forbes-Ritte, Tony Rockall & Dom Stoney will be joining Holly's friends and will be running the Sheffield Half Marathon in a bid to raise some money for this beautiful little family

 

The half marathon takes place on 27th March 2022 in Sheffield. Jess, who is preparing for another 5 marathons in 5 days challenge in May, and Rich will be "jeffing" it. Dom & Tony will be running it. And of course we welcome any of our colleagues who fancy joining us to raise a little happiness.

We also have Chris Caruso taking part in the Hyrox Global fitness in April, insane physical challenge 

 

We understand Holly is a fighter and we know believe that she will overcome this with the help of Leigh, Harry and her wonderful friends. This is just our little bit to help them all and give them something to look forward to.
