Hi, I’m Ashley (Torbert) Jeannerat, sister to Kristen (Torbert) Pickel and SIL to Jake Pickel and aunt to Gracyn. Gracyn is an 8-year-old medical mystery, very special little girl who has an unknown underlying diagnosis resulting in cerebral palsy and epilepsy (she is non-verbal and unable to do anything independently). She has recently been hospitalized and undergone multiple procedures that continue to leave her body in a state of infection. The cause, results, and cure remain unknown. We are reaching out to our network to generate support for the family as this hospital stay is expected to be very long and both Kristen and Jake will remain at the bedside of our dear Gracyn Rae. We knew that God Made Her Special and somewhere he is going to reveal his plan.
