Help Me Stay Reunited With My Husband

My name is Freesia, and I am reaching out during a challenging time for my family. My husband recently suffered a serious injury, breaking his neck and requiring intensive care in Southern California. Compounded by the effects of long Covid and a recent loss in the family, I find myself living in Alaska with limited financial resources.

After taking a leave of absence from graduate school and being out of work for over a year, the sudden need to travel to be by my husband's side has strained my finances beyond what I could have anticipated. Your support through this GoFundMe campaign would provide me with the means to travel to Southern California and be with my husband during his recovery, easing the burden on my family during this difficult time.

I have found a reasonable place to stay near his hospital at under 200$ which is a little lower than is normal for Southern California. My plane ticket from Alaska was unreasonably high I didn’t qualify for a medical savers fare. I plan to use Uber to get around. I’m unsure of what to expect when I arrive.
