For Frankie in Memory of Kristian

It is with a heavy heart I must announce the death of a beautiful soul Kristian Sergio Krytus-Tombini, son of Jennifer Francessca (Frankie) Tombini and brother of Bella Tombini. He passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Thursday March 30, 2017 of a pulmonary embolism, "heart attack", caused by a change in his asthma medication. He was only 23.
Kristian had a love for his family, fiance Nicole Plasch, friends and his music. He also shared in the love of the San Francisco 49ers with his mom. Frankie shared with me her foundest memory recently with Kristian. They went to the 49ers game this last December and had an amazing time together and the 49ers WON!!! They were so excited to share that moment together.
As you can imagine this is a mothers worst nightmare, not to mention the burden of the unexpected costs. I am asking on behalf of Frankie and Bella to please help them with these unexpected cost so that they can mourn the loss of their son/brother without having to worry about the financial aspect.
Additinally I would like to add that Frankie and Bella are having a Celebration of Life for Kristian on Sunday April 16, 2017 at Poche Burger and Kitchen in San Clemente between 4:00pm to Close. She would like to invite all who loved and knew Kristian. Frankie and Bella would also like their family and friends to celebrate this beautiful soul with them.
