Drew was the kind of man who felt everything too deeply.
To others he seemed quiet and difficult, but inside he carried battles no one ever saw — depression, anxiety, and a constant belief that he wasn’t enough, even though he was deeply loved.
He tried so hard to keep going.
Therapy, medication, long drives, quiet prayers — he fought every day. But earlier today, the weight he carried became too heavy.
His mom was the one who found him.
The moment she saw him, she dropped to her knees, calling his name. She tried everything — CPR, desperate pleas, frantic prayers — refusing to give up until emergency crews arrived. But Drew was already gone.
Now his family is living a nightmare they never imagined.
His mom walks the house in shock, replaying every second, wishing she could change the ending. His sister clutches photos, whispering, “This can’t be real,” still expecting him to come through the door.
And amid their grief, another harsh reality hits them:
they have no money to bury him.
They are gathering anything they can, making calls through tears, hoping someone will help them give Drew the goodbye he deserves.
Because he mattered.
He was loved — more than he ever believed.
And even with their hearts shattered, his mom and sister are determined to honor him with dignity, peace, and every ounce of love they have left.
