My name is Carolyn Moss and I live in Washington, Indiana.
I am creating this on behalf of my dear friend, Doyle Capps. I have known him for 2 years. Doyle recently was diagnosed with advanced lymphoma. He is only 32. He has a one child. His daughter Kayla is 9 years old. Kayla is Doyle's everything. I have not met any other father that loves his child, as Doyle loves Kayla.
Doyle works at Wow! Internet and Cable. He focuses on sales and installation/repair of fiber optic internet cables. He is the top sales person in the company. Recently he was the only employee in the whole company to win two awards for sales and overall employee excellence.
In addition to being a great father, he is also one of the most kind and caring person that I have ever met. He never judges anyone and always extends his hand for help to any person that may need it. He knows how tough life can be and realizes that life is hard enough for everyone automatically; no need to make it any more . difficult. It's rare to find a soul like Doyle's.
Life is not fair. No matter how caring and giving a person may be. No matter how good a person's heart may be. Life deals out cards and the deck one aquires is random. The deck Doyle has been given is not fair. But there is not any way to rewind and re-deal. Despite the overwhelming weight of this illness, Doyle remains positive and keeps a smile on a his face. I wish it were me and not him.
I can't imagine not being able to pick up the phone and call the only person that always picks up. I can't imagine Doyle not being alive for years to come. I can't imagine Kayla growing up without her father. Doyle is a beakon of light in this dark world. He is a rare soul that realizes the validity in Plato's words, "Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle." If anyone deserves a chance to live and grow old, it's Doyle.
Currently, he is on sick-leave. The battle he faces is just beginning and the last thing I want for him to worry about is money. I feel so helpless overall and this is the least I can do to help him. The money collected here will go to towards his medical expenses. Please know, you could not be helping out a nicer more humble person. Please keep Doyle in your thoughts and send postive vibes as he walks through this extremely difficult time.
Your generosity is more than appreciated. Thank you so much for your time. Namaste my friends. <3
I love you Doyle. I refuse to believe this will overcome you. A world without you does not feel right to even imagine. Stay strong and know that you are truly loved and never alone.
Cheers to life, love, and kindnesss. May all be forever uplifted.
