For the families of Davor Barišić, Nemanja Ljepojević, and Srđan Lazić, this fundraiser is being organized by the Parish of St. Simeon the Myrrh-Flowing Serbian Orthodox Church in Charlotte. Following a serious traffic accident, Davor Barišić and Nemanja Ljepojević lost their lives, and Srđan Lazić was critically injured and remains in intensive care at a medical center in Charlotte. This tragedy has deeply shaken their loved ones and the entire parish community, and these families are now facing overwhelming grief as well as urgent practical needs.

The funds raised through this campaign will help ease some of that burden by supporting transport and funeral costs for Davor and Nemanja, medical care for Srđan, and broader support for all three affected families during this painful time. As shared by the parish, all funds raised will be equally distributed to the Barišić, Ljepojević, and Lazić families. With heartfelt compassion, parishioners and all people of good will are asked to take part in this effort, to support these families in their sorrow, and to keep them in prayer.
