Dan Dan

On Wednesday, the 19th of November, we lost one of the purest, kindest, funniest and most genuine humans to ever walk this earth.

Dan passed away in his sleep unexpectedly, leaving behind his beautiful fiancée, Temika and their 3 month old baby boy, Crue.

He adored his family. They were his whole world. He worked so hard every single day to give them the life they deserved, and anyone who knew him saw how deeply he loved them.

Dan had a way of making every person feel safe, seen, and completely themselves. He could walk into the darkest room and instantly light it up. His laugh, his warmth, his generosity, his humour were all the things that will stay with us forever. We are all so blessed to have witnessed him become a father and to have been a part of his life.

This is an unimaginable loss for Temika, for baby Crue, and for Dan’s family. No mother should ever have to face this and no child should grow up without the chance to know just how incredible their dad was. But we will make sure Crue always knows who his father was — the most loving, loyal, caring man, with a heart bigger than the world.

We are creating this GoFundMe to help ease the financial pressure of funeral costs and to support Temika and Crue through the months ahead. Dan did everything for his family, so coming together to support them now means more than words can express.

Temika you are the strongest, most courageous human and we are all wrapping around you and Crue with every ounce of love we have.
