Hello,

This message is going out to all those who love Tony and Christy and have been holding them close to your hearts and thoughts for over a month now.  Sadly, Tony’s condition will not improve, and he needs continued specialized medical care to manage pain and tend to wounds resulting from multiple surgeries.  It has been a tremendously difficult time, as you can imagine, for Tony, Christy, Chris and Amanda. 

 

Many of us have wondered how we can help, and this message is providing an opportunity for just that.  Medical costs for the past month are exorbitant and are climbing exponentially.  The upcoming transition for Tony may result in care that is fully out-of-pocket since insurance is very restrictive and offers only limited coverage for Hospice Care. With the inability to work during this time, monthly bills have been mounting as well. Total expenses may be upwards of $40,000.  This amount includes the balance, after insurance pays, for St Francis and Chippenham Hospital stays and further care in a Hospice Facility.

 

This Go Fund Me is being set up to try to ease the financial burden on the family.  Christy really didn’t want to go this route but after much pressure and insistence, she’s given in and agreed to allow this support.  Any amount you care to give is very much appreciated and will help the family immensely.
