For Brian Demers and his daughters

Hello, my name is Andrew Strzesynski and I am Brian Demers nephew and cousin to Brittany, Breanna and Bella. I hate that this is something that I have to do because I never thought that we would lose Brian so soon. Brian passed away unexpectedly at the age of 46 on 10/01/2021, and honestly the family is still in shock. Brian was one of the kindest and most generous men that I have ever met. You never realize how much someone does for you and your family until that person is gone, Brian was truly the glue that held so much together and always the one we looked to when it came to pulling people around on the boat or staying out near the fire with the kids until everyone was ready to go to bed.

One of the last times I spent with Brian was at our families cottage in August and he brought us all steak and when trying to offer him money he never took it, he was very generous with his money and time every single time. He just loved hanging with his family and more than anything his daughters. I don't think I have ever seen a father and his daughters as close as these four are. They were more than just father and daughters, they were truly best friends and losing Brian is something that will be almost impossible to move on from as a family and definitely impossible to replace everything that he did for all of us.

I know that if I could talk to Brian right now and ask him what he would want me to do, he would tell us that he wants to make sure his daughters are okay and living their best lives. So I wanted to put this Gofundme together to help make the financial burden of losing a loved one so young much easier on the girls. The last thing they should be thinking about is money and everything that comes with unexpected funerals and handling of the estate.

We as a family truly appreciate your contribution whether its financial, sharing this on your social media or even just a nice story about Brian. I can't tell you how much it means as a family when you hear stories about what Brian meant to others outside of our family.
