Hi, my name is Beatriz. I created this to hopefully raise money to assist with the expenses needed to pay for Papa Duck’s services. In October 2021, he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. We were told we would have about a year to spend with him. He started chemotherapy in December, but his body was not strong enough to continue treatments. We were hoping that without chemo, we would still have him for a couple months. Unfortunately, that was not the case. His cancer spread rapidly. He is currently in hospice. While our family is dealing with anticipation grief, we are also trying to figure out how everything will be paid for. This is a very difficult time for our family since we’ve never gone through anything like this. We are just trying to do the best we can to enjoy our days with him. No one likes to ask for help. Everyone goes through their silent struggles, but if you find it in your heart to spare a dollar to help my family we would truly appreciate it. May God repay you for your kindness. God bless.
