"My name is Ayman Abu Odeh, a 22-year-old from Gaza. I am a Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence student. I completed two years of study at Palestine University in Gaza, dreaming of a brighter future. However, those dreams faded with the outbreak of war, which took everything—our lives, hopes, and futures.

This is a picture of us and my family before the wat, before October 7, but unfortunately we lost everything, our home and the future of our children. Everything is gone. Our lives have become like hell. We can no longer bear it.

For the past year and a half, my family and I have endured unimaginable suffering. Fear, hunger, and violence have become our daily reality. We were forced to flee our home eight times, and now I live with my family of 10. Two of my siblings have disabilities, and we struggle to afford even basic necessities like food and shelter. Life here has become unbearably expensive, and we can no longer endure this hardship.

We kindly ask for your support and generosity. Please do everything you can to help us, as we are in desperate need. I require approximately $600 per month to provide for my family and ensure their survival.

In early February, Ayman accompanied his family to Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza, then returned to Deir Al-Balah to his grandfather to arrange the return trip north with him.
