We’re a group of Alicia’s close friends, setting this up to support her recovery and help her get back on her feet after everything she’s been through.

Life can change in a moment, and for our beautiful friend Alicia, it did. What she’s been through since has shown a kind of strength most of us will never understand.

One day she was coaching, laughing, and lifting hundreds of people up. The next, she was in hospital having emergency brain surgery. What’s followed has been beyond anything any of us could have imagined.

Right now, she’s in the hardest chapter of her life - relearning how to walk, rebuilding her speech, and fighting every day to get her confidence and strength back. Her body’s still healing, but her spirit? Still unstoppable.

If you know Alicia, you know the energy she brings into every room - not just the Red Room. For over fifteen years, she’s poured her heart into others through her Unleashed community, her Barry’s classes, her PT clients, and the countless people lucky enough to know her in daily life. She’s helped people feel stronger, more confident, and more like themselves. She’s changed lives just by being who she is - always Unleashing potential, energy, and endorphins wherever she goes.

Now it’s our turn to lift her up, the way she’s done for so many of us.

Even after surgery, Alicia somehow found a way to give back - raising over $11,000 for Synapse, a charity supporting people living with brain injuries. That’s just who she is. Always thinking of others, even when she’s the one who needs help.

But right now, she can’t work. Her career has always been so physical, and movement is something she’s fighting hard to regain. These funds will go directly toward her rehab, therapy, medical care, and rebuilding her life as she works to regain her independence.

Alicia’s strength and resilience are unmatched. The road ahead is long, but if anyone’s going to come out of this stronger, braver, and more Unleashed than ever, it’s her.
