For Adelyn, In Loving Memory of Shannon
Donation protected
On Sunday, October 13th, we lost beloved mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, and friend Shannon Cecelia Woods Murdorf. Shannon leaves behind 3-year-old daughter Adelyn Bertie Murdorf. Her family is raising money to put in a fund for Adelyn's future, to be managed by her father, Donovan.
Shannon was vibrant, generous, a devoted mother. She was quick to laugh and quick to forgive. Shannon had compassion for everyone, from her friends to the abandoned dogs she couldn't seem to stop adopting. She loved dinosaurs and soup dumplings. When her best friend gave birth, she dropped everything to be by her side; she was killed in a car accident returning from this visit when another driver veered into her lane.
Adelyn, often called Addy or Bird, is a miniature of Shannon, both in looks and disposition. Like her mother, she is warm, bright, stubborn, and mischievous. She loves the movie Nightmare Before Christmas and the music of Billie Eilish, whom she calls "Spider Billie."
Your donation will go into a fund for Adelyn's future education, which she will be able to access on her 18th birthday.
Addy was the beating center of Shannon's world, and we know she would appreciate anything you can contribute to support Addy's future, now that Shannon is no longer able to.
