For a new custom fitted wheelchair

Hi Everyone.

My Name is Natalie. I'm 29 years old. I suffer from a condition called Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). I had a cycling accident which then left me with brain damage, and now unable to walk. I can't feel from the waist down. FND is a lifelong incurable condition. FND has multiple affects on my body, from paralysis, memory issues, swallowing issues, seizures, muscle weakness and deterioration. Are just some of the things FND affects me with on a daily basis. Unfortunately doctors have now told me, it will only get worse instead of better.

I have recently given birth to my daughter in July. I am looking to raise money to be able to buy a wheelchair, as my current one no longer fits to purpose. I am getting married to my fiance James, in September this year. I would love a custom-fitted wheelchair to allow me to be able to dance on my wedding day. A new wheelchair would also allow me to go out with my daughter independently, and also give me the independence I currently don't have.
