FOP Little League Dugout rebuild

On 7-18-2020 we had a vandal come on to our property and set a dugout on fire destroying the entire roof and bench structure. We had a game scheduled that same day at 10 am and the kids had to arrive at the park to see there field unplayable and vandalized. This incident was very alarming to our kids and parents that come to the park and consider it home during
the summer months. 

The Elkhart Fraternal Order of Police Little 
League has been in operation since the late 
50’s in Elkhart. Over the years the park has 
seen multiple generations of families playing 
and coaching at the park. 

The park has seen some hard times in the past due to flooding several times over the years. We have fallen victim to vandalism numerous times over the years. Just this last winter we   had both of our restrooms broken in to and 
destroyed. We were able to find the funds to  
get them repaired. 

The Elkhart FOP Little League is totally free 
for our kids to play at the park. We want every child to have the opportunity to play baseball. We will continue to provide that for the kids inthe community. 

We estimate the cost to repair the dugouts 
and add a camera system to help prevent
future incidents at the park to be around 
2500.00. We appreciate any donations.
