Servus Löwenfans, Servus Fußballfans,

Nach 15 Jahren geht allem Anschein nach einer unserer größten Kämpfe zu Ende. Eine Zeit, die von Wut und Verzweiflung geprägt war, aber auch vom endlosen Willen aller, unseren Verein nicht einem windigen Kreditgeber mit zu großem Ego zu überlassen.

An dieser Stelle wollen wir uns ausdrücklich bei den aktuell handelnden Personen in den von den Vereinsmitgliedern gewählten Gremien bedanken. Ihr habt Mut und Einsatzbereitschaft gezeigt und euer Handeln am Willen der Mitglieder orientiert. Dafür gebührt euch Respekt und Dankbarkeit.

Außerdem wollen wir uns bei allen Personen unserer Fanszene und darüber hinaus bedanken, die sich diesem Kampf in all den Jahren in besonderem Maße gewidmet haben. Gemeinsam haben wir das Ziel erreicht, das wir uns alle gewünscht haben:

Freiheit für Sechzig!

Wir haben nun die historische Chance, unseren Verein neu zu gestalten und besser aufzustellen. Diese neu gewonnene Freiheit bringt aber auch eine große Verantwortung mit sich. Der Verein und auch wir als Fans stehen vor Herausforderungen, die es zu meistern gilt. Wir sehen uns als Fanszene in der Pflicht und werden unseren Beitrag leisten, um unseren Verein wieder in richtige Bahnen zu lenken und beim Wiederaufbau zu helfen.

An dieser Stelle wollen wir anmerken, dass wir natürlich nicht in einer etwaigen Traumwelt des Fußballs leben. Unsere Geschichte war und ist ein Symptom der ausufernden Kommerzialisierung des Fußballs. Mit deren Ende haben wir diesen Kampf nicht gewonnen, aber wir sehen uns als ein mahnendes Beispiel dafür, wie wichtig es ist, diesen Kampf aufzunehmen.

Allen, die ein ähnliches Schicksal ereilt hat, wollen wir sagen: Kämpft für das, was übrig ist, oder versucht, euch das zurückzuholen, was euch genommen wurde. Vor allem bewahrt und tut alles dafür, die Maßnahmen zu erhalten, die ein Fortschreiten des modernen Fußballs verhindern oder zumindest verlangsamen. Allem voran die 50+1-Regel.

Wir sind ein mahnendes Beispiel für den Fußball, vor allem dafür, dass der endlose Ausverkauf nicht die Lösung für die angeblichen Probleme (Stichwort „internationale Wettbewerbsfähigkeit“) ist. Aus diesem Grund entstand die Idee, eine Kampagne zu gründen, die unseren Standpunkt sichtbar macht. Fußball ist Volkssport, Fußball gehört den Fans und denen, die ihn lieben, keinen Firmen oder Investoren!

FOOTBALL FOR THE PEOPLE!

Damit dieses Motto dauerhafte Sichtbarkeit erhält, soll es in der kommenden Saison auf den Trikots des TSV München von 1860 stehen. Und hierfür brauchen wir eure Unterstützung! Bei Erreichen unseres Spendenziels soll die Mannschaft in der kommenden Saison unsere Botschaft sichtbar nach außen tragen.

Diese Kampagne wendet sich explizit nicht nur an Fans unseres Vereins, unsere Message betrifft alle Fußballfans in Deutschland und der Welt, und wir hoffen, dass sich auch außerhalb des Löwenkosmos Menschen solidarisch mit uns zeigen!

Dear Löwenfans & football fans around the world,

After 15 years, it finally appears that one of our greatest battles is coming to an end. It has been a time marked by anger and despair, but also by the unwavering determination of so many people who refused to let our club fall into the hands of a dubious “investor” with an oversized ego and no idea about football nor about our club.

At this point, we would like to thank the current elected club officials for their courage and commitment, that, despite personal risk, finally took action in accordance with the will of the club’s members and ended the contracts binding us to Hasan Ismaik. For that, you deserve our respect and appreciation.

We would also like to thank everyone within our fan base - and beyond - who dedicated themselves to this fight over all these years. Together, we have achieved the goal we all longed for:

“Freiheit für Sechzig” – Freedom for our club, TSV München von 1860 e.V.!

We now have a historic opportunity to reshape our club and put it on a solid and sustainable basis. However, there is a great responsibility that comes with this freedom. Both the club and we, its supporters, face many challenges that must be overcome. As fans, we see it as our duty to play our part in getting our club back onto the right path and help to rebuild it.

At the same time, we acknowledge that we do not live in some idealized world and we know that money is needed in modern football. Our story has been and still is, a symptom of the relentless progress of hypercapitalism in football. Bringing this chapter to an end does not mean we have won this war. We see ourselves as a cautionary example of just how important it is to stand up and fight against these developments - especially in leagues like the German ones, where there are still checks and balances on the money that flows into it and other manifestations of “modern football”, such as multi-club-ownerships etc.

To everyone who has suffered a similar fate, we want to say: Fight for what remains and try to reclaim what has been taken from you. Above all, protect and defend the safeguards that prevent, or at least slow down, the unchecked advance of modern football.

We are a cautionary tale for football - a reminder that the endless sell-off of clubs is no sustainable path to success. On the contrary it destroys the very essence of our sport and its culture. Because of these reasons, we have come up with the idea of launching a campaign to make our message visible:

Football is the people's game. Football belongs to the fans and to those who love it. Not to corrupt associations, corporations or investors!

FOOTBALL FOR THE PEOPLE!

To give this message lasting visibility, we want FOOTBALL FOR THE PEOPLE to appear on our club’s shirts throughout the coming season and for this, we need your support. Together with the club's leadership, we have agreed that the team will wear this slogan on their kit if we manage to raise sufficient funds.

This campaign is not explicitly aimed only at supporters of our club. Our message concerns football fans not only across Germany but around the world, and we hope that people far beyond the community of our club, TSV München von 1860, will show solidarity with us.

Después de 15 años, por fin parece que una de nuestras mayores batallas está llegando a su fin. Ha sido una etapa marcada por la rabia y la desesperación, pero también por la firme determinación de tantas personas que se negaron a permitir que nuestro club cayera en manos de un supuesto «inversor» de dudosa reputación, con un ego desmedido y sin ninguna comprensión ni del fútbol ni de nuestro club.

En este momento queremos agradecer a los actuales dirigentes elegidos democráticamente del club por su valentía y compromiso. A pesar del riesgo personal que asumieron, finalmente actuaron de acuerdo con la voluntad de los socios del club y pusieron fin a los contratos que nos vinculaban con Hasan Ismaik. Por ello, merecen todo nuestro respeto y reconocimiento.

También queremos dar las gracias a todas las personas de nuestra hinchada - y también a quienes nos apoyaron desde fuera de ella - que dedicaron tantos años a esta lucha. Juntos hemos alcanzado el objetivo que todos anhelábamos:

«¡Libertad para el “Sechzig”!» – ¡Libertad para nuestro club, el TSV München von 1860 e.V.!

Ahora tenemos una oportunidad histórica para reconstruir nuestro club y sentar unas bases sólidas y sostenibles para su futuro. Sin embargo, esta libertad también conlleva una gran responsabilidad. Tanto el club como nosotros, sus aficionados, tenemos por delante muchos desafíos que debemos afrontar. Como hinchada organizada, consideramos que es nuestro deber contribuir a que nuestro club vuelva al camino correcto y ayudar a reconstruirlo.

Al mismo tiempo, somos conscientes de que no vivimos en un mundo ideal y sabemos que en el fútbol moderno se necesita dinero. Nuestra historia ha sido, y sigue siendo, un síntoma del avance implacable del hipercapitalismo en el fútbol. Poner fin a este capítulo no significa que hayamos ganado esta guerra. Nos consideramos un ejemplo de advertencia que demuestra lo importante que es levantar la voz y luchar contra estas tendencias, especialmente en ligas como la alemana, donde todavía existen mecanismos de control sobre el dinero que entra en el fútbol y sobre otras manifestaciones del llamado «fútbol moderno», como la propiedad de varios clubes por un mismo grupo o inversor, entre otras.

A todas las personas que han sufrido una situación similar queremos decirles: luchad por lo que aún conserváis e intentad recuperar lo que os ha sido arrebatado. Sobre todo, proteged y defended las normas y mecanismos que impiden, o al menos frenan, el avance sin control del fútbol moderno.

Somos una advertencia para todo el mundo del fútbol: un recordatorio de que la venta constante de los clubes no es un camino sostenible hacia el éxito. Al contrario, destruye la esencia misma de nuestro deporte y de su cultura. Por eso hemos decidido lanzar una campaña para dar visibilidad a este mensaje:

¡El fútbol es el deporte del pueblo! ¡El fútbol pertenece a los aficionados y a quienes lo aman, no a asociaciones corruptas, grandes empresas ni inversores!

¡FÚTBOL PARA EL PUEBLO!

Para dar visibilidad duradera a este mensaje, queremos que FÚTBOL PARA EL PUEBLO aparezca en las camisetas de nuestro club durante toda la próxima temporada. Para lograrlo, necesitamos vuestro apoyo. Junto con la dirección del club, hemos acordado que el equipo lucirá este lema en su equipación si conseguimos recaudar los fondos necesarios.

Esta campaña no está dirigida exclusivamente a los seguidores de nuestro club. Nuestro mensaje va dirigido a los aficionados al fútbol, no solo de Alemania, sino de todo el mundo, y esperamos que muchas personas, mucho más allá de la comunidad del TSV München von 1860, se solidaricen con nosotros.

Cari tifosi del Leone e appassionati di calcio di tutto il mondo,

Dopo 15 anni, sembra finalmente che una delle nostre battaglie più importanti stia arrivando alla sua conclusione. È stato un periodo segnato da rabbia e disperazione, ma anche dalla determinazione incrollabile di tante persone che si sono rifiutate di permettere che il nostro club finisse nelle mani di un presunto "investitore" dalla dubbia reputazione, con un ego smisurato e senza alcuna comprensione né del calcio né del nostro club.

A questo punto desideriamo ringraziare gli attuali dirigenti eletti del club per il loro coraggio e il loro impegno. Nonostante i rischi personali, hanno finalmente agito nel rispetto della volontà dei soci del club e hanno posto fine ai contratti che ci legavano a Hasan Ismaik. Per questo meritano il nostro rispetto e la nostra gratitudine.

Vogliamo inoltre ringraziare tutti coloro che, all'interno della nostra tifoseria e anche al di fuori di essa, hanno dedicato tempo ed energie a questa battaglia nel corso di tutti questi anni. Insieme abbiamo raggiunto l'obiettivo che tutti desideravamo:

Ora abbiamo un'opportunità storica per ricostruire il nostro club e poggiarlo su basi solide e sostenibili. Tuttavia, questa libertà comporta anche una grande responsabilità. Sia il club sia noi, i suoi tifosi, dobbiamo affrontare numerose sfide. Come sostenitori, riteniamo sia nostro dovere fare la nostra parte per riportare il club sulla strada giusta e contribuire alla sua rinascita.

Allo stesso tempo, siamo consapevoli di non vivere in un mondo ideale e sappiamo che nel calcio moderno il denaro è necessario. La nostra storia è stata, e continua a essere, il sintomo dell'avanzata incessante dell'ipercapitalismo nel calcio. Chiudere questo capitolo non significa aver vinto questa guerra. Ci consideriamo un monito che dimostra quanto sia importante opporsi e combattere contro questi sviluppi, soprattutto in campionati come quello tedesco, dove esistono ancora meccanismi di controllo sul denaro che entra nel calcio e su altre manifestazioni del cosiddetto "calcio moderno", come la proprietà di più club da parte dello stesso gruppo o investitore e fenomeni simili.

A tutti coloro che hanno vissuto una situazione simile vogliamo dire: lottate per ciò che vi è rimasto e cercate di riconquistare ciò che vi è stato tolto. Soprattutto, proteggete e difendete quelle regole e quei meccanismi che impediscono, o almeno rallentano, l'avanzata incontrollata del calcio moderno.

Siamo un esempio da cui il mondo del calcio dovrebbe trarre insegnamento: un promemoria del fatto che la continua vendita dei club non rappresenta una strada sostenibile verso il successo. Al contrario, distrugge l'essenza stessa del nostro sport e della sua cultura. Per questo motivo abbiamo deciso di lanciare una campagna per rendere visibile il nostro messaggio:

Il calcio è lo sport del popolo. Il calcio appartiene ai tifosi e a chi lo ama. Non ad associazioni corrotte, grandi aziende o investitori!

CALCIO AL POPOLO!

Per dare a questo messaggio una visibilità duratura, vogliamo che FOOTBALL FOR THE PEOPLE compaia sulle maglie del nostro club per tutta la prossima stagione. Per riuscirci, abbiamo bisogno del tuo sostegno. In accordo con la dirigenza del club, abbiamo deciso che la squadra indosserà questo slogan sulla propria divisa se riusciremo a raccogliere i fondi necessari. Ogni contributo ci avvicina a rendere questo messaggio visibile in campo per tutta la stagione.

Questa campagna non è rivolta esclusivamente ai tifosi del nostro club. Il nostro messaggio riguarda gli appassionati di calcio non solo in Germania, ma in tutto il mondo, e speriamo che tante persone, ben oltre la comunità del TSV München von 1860, vogliano dimostrarci la loro solidarietà.
