Every week, 100 Rohingya boys train hard on football pitches carved out of the camp. They work on skills, discipline, teamwork - and they do it barefoot or in disintegrating socks on sharp, unforgiving ground.
As summer temperatures in Cox's Bazar climb above 35°C, the sand and gravel surfaces become brutal.
So, what we need.
We need to raise £800 to purchase football boots for every boy in the programme. At £10 per pair, this is one of the most cost-effective investments we can make, not just in their physical safety, but in what sport means to them.
Proper footwear reduces the risk of injury, enables more consistent training, and sends a clear message: your participation matters. For young Rohingya lads growing up in one of the world's largest refugee camps, that message is not a small thing.
At a time when FIFA is charging 10s of thousands of dollars for a ticket to a World Cup game and we have our first trillionaire, I am asking you, my humble friends, to donate to this worthy cause in hour of our dear friend, Jude Alexi Zietara.
