Football Academy of Jerusalem

The Academy was founded in 2003 to develop the capabilities of the Palestinian children to be good football players

Professionally, educationally and socially where the academy can provide the children with all their

needs  to keep them away from hanging around doing nothing in the streets.

The Academy  from day one is based on a plan to hold 120 to 130 children between 6 and 14 years

Putting great effort to work with them with high professioncy  and with  low  capabilities that the

Academy has, so it can produce great players. The children are trained under 6 certified  professional

coaches and 6 assistant coaches, every 2 trainers work with more than 20 children and with specific ages. They

have plans how to deal with  all ages and which kind of exercises they need, from coordination’s, skills, single

and  collective exercises and how to control the ball.

The Academy also provides workshops and lectures to the children through food specialists to

keep in touch with the children throughout the training year, the Academy also provides workshops

with social worker specialists  with a single follow-up to the special needs children who live under

occupation with all other children which go through a lot of suffering from this occupation, despite all

this the Academy aspires first and foremost to put the children within the right framework  so they can

lead theme selves to the right path because our goal is the same as the European Academies, according

to that base we all work together and if one player has reached the top it’s a great success to the

Academy and who helped those children to feel they are just like any other children in the world, greatest of all

to lead all the children to top success.

We are travelling for the second year in a row to attend the swedish Gothia cup and need whatever help we cant get to help get all of our kids there. We thank you in advance for your help and kindness.

With love, the Football Academy of  Jerusalem.
