Teaching Children To Remember

Our organization, The Society of the Officers of the Honourable Guard

Dedicated a Headstone to William Stevenson A Forgotten Veteran that passed away in 1939 on November 3rd
2018

This is a part of our  program where we, in conjuction with school children, adopted  Commonwealth War graves,  and Veterans graves in Fraser Cemetary in New Westminster.   We are teaching  children about these individuals, and tending the head stones,  as a way of bringing  history alive,  and preserving the memory of these men and women. 

We are proceeding to work with the Last PostFund to Remember additional Veterans with Headstones.

To expand our program with youth ,we are in need of additional   learning resources and literature
