I'm Coach Dez Dunham, and I have been a cross-country and track & field coach for 25 years in Washington, DC. I visited an old college fraternity brother who lives in Cartagena, Columbia a few months ago, and I was honored to meet the young athletes from the Armonia Athletic Sports Track Club. They were so enthusiastic, hardworking, and talented.

I also spent time working with a non-profit organization called Fundacion Renacer en Amor (Reborn In Love Foundation), and I enjoyed helping to purchase and distribute food essentials to loving families and children.

I am asking my family and friends to help me honor the humble and deserving people I met during my trip. I'm launching a food, toy, and equipment drive to meet the needs of the people who considerably touched my spirit.
