Script
Indigenous cuisine is an attractive, complex, passionate topic, showered with care and a lot of science. Even before offering a dish or the meaning of each dish served, it appears naturally linked to the niches of culture and society, culture and production, culture and rituals, culture of procreation, health, education and quality of life. This varies, derives and interacts according to the habits, uses and mores of each indigenous people.

It originates from the need for survival of men and women, inevitably, from hunting, fishing, vegetables, exotic foods, wines and wild fruits and various types of natural and unripe vine-produced drinks produced rigorously, by women in the conformity and style of each ethnic group. indigenous. In the series we will also have the participation of a chef de cuisine who will help us to share the conduction of the flavors and aromas of the food with the traditional musical track of the young people who sing and play their guitars today in the villages.
