Food for Donkeys - ¡Alimento para burros!

Hi, My name is Tom and a few years ago I accepted 2 beautiful Donkeys as a gift from a couple who were unable to look after them any longer. They are a mother (Cassidy, brown hair) and daughter (Olympia, grey). I keep them on the land I live on, but there is not much for them to eat there so I buy bales of Alfalfa and bags of animal feed for them. I also have a number of other animals that were unwanted and I love them all. If I had more resources I would take more, without question, they are pure happiness and each deserves a good life!

Sadly, as just about everyone has felt, the cost of living (very much including food) has gone up, and it is becoming more and more difficult to balance the needs of the animals I have with my income. I had thought for some months that I may need to find a new home for the Donkeys, but have found no one yet who I would really trust with the animals and would feel comfortable giving them to. They get very stressed if they are out of sight of each other and are sensitive animals, and they are happy here.

So... a friend suggested Go Fund Me, and here I am. I ask for any donation towards the next batch of animal food I purchase. 100% of any money raised will go on animal food, I don´t want to touch the money, just to get food for the animals. I will be able and willing to provide receipts for any animal food purchased from the supplier.

Hola, mi nombre es Tom y hace unos años acepté como regalo dos hermosos burros de una pareja que ya no podía cuidarlos. Son una madre (Cassidy, de pelo marrón) y su hija (Olympia, de color gris). Los mantengo en el terreno donde vivo, pero no hay mucho para que coman allí, así que compro pacas de alfalfa y bolsas de alimento para animales. También tengo otros animales que nadie quería y los amo a todos. Si tuviera más recursos, sin duda acogería a más; son pura felicidad y cada uno merece una buena vida.

Lamentablemente, como casi todos han sentido, el costo de vida (incluyendo la comida) ha aumentado, y se me hace cada vez más difícil equilibrar las necesidades de los animales que tengo con mis ingresos. Durante meses pensé que tal vez necesitaría encontrar un nuevo hogar para los burros, pero aún no he encontrado a nadie en quien realmente confíe para entregárselos y con quien me sienta cómodo. Se estresan mucho si no se ven entre sí, son animales sensibles y están felices aquí.

Entonces... un amigo me sugirió GoFundMe, y aquí estoy. Pido cualquier donación para la próxima compra de alimento para animales. El 100% del dinero recaudado se destinará a comida para los animales, no quiero tocar el dinero, solo conseguir alimento para ellos. Estaré dispuesto y podré proporcionar recibos de cualquier alimento para animales comprado al proveedor.
