Dear family and friends, my name is Amy B. and I’m Danielle’s mom. Times are hard for everyone right now, especially when it comes to the cost of food. As Alex finishes up his schooling and prepares to start his career, and Danielle is home caring for Owen and Gracie in these early, but very important years of their lives, they rely heavily on state and federal assistance to help them meet their monthly living expenses. As the current government shutdown continues on, they will indeed be losing their monthly food allowance beginning November 1st. This is a huge hit for their budget and they are obviously very concerned about being able to put food on the table for their family. If anyone is able to contribute, even a few dollars to help fund their monthly food expenses, it would be a tremendous help and relief to them, and would be greatly and deeply appreciated.
