Food as Medicine Study day for medical Students

Hi everyone; I’m fundraising to stage the first “Food-as-Medicine” study day for our medical students of Galway University in the West of Ireland.
We are in quintuple emergency of:
- tsunami of chronic diseases
- climate crisis
- antibiotic resistance
- pandemics
- 6th mass extinction
Changing our food system can change all of the above and I wish the new generation of doctors to be inspired and give them the tools to heal people and environment,
