Hi, my wife is from Cambinocot on the Island of Cebu, Philippines. Luckily, the damage to her family house was minimal, but a nearby village, Lusaran, was completely wiped out. We are sending money for rice and water. For those that survived the biggest flood anyone there had ever seen, the critical issue now is that the roads are completely destroyed and Lusaran is cut off from Cebu City, where most everything comes from. The road from Cambi to Lusaran is still open, so they are able to get things there by motorbike. My wife's sister-in-law's sister is a trusted person there and will make sure the rice and water are distributed fairly. Most of all, please pray for the PI, for missing relatives to be reunited with their families, for comfort for those who have lost loved ones right before their eyes, and pray for strength as there may be another storm coming.
