My name is [lokmane issad], and I am organizing this fundraiser to help people in Algeria who have been affected by the ongoing fires and are in urgent need of assistance. The money raised through this fundraiser will be used to provide emergency support to people affected by the fires, including essential food, drinking water, medicine and medical supplies, temporary shelter, transportation, and other basic necessities they may need as a result of the fires. Because Algeria is not currently a country where GoFundMe can directly transfer funds, I will receive the donations through my friend adel khechana  who has a non profit foundation under the name of ( elcasbah) here in the USA. and then use the funds to assist the affected people in Algeria outside of GoFundMe. I will send the money through an appropriate and lawful method to trusted individuals in Algeria who can distribute the assistance to the people who need it, or I will purchase necessary supplies and services on their behalf. I will keep records of how the funds are used and will provide updates to donors whenever possible so that everyone can see how their donations are helping people affected by the fires.
