Camotes Aspin Projects Sterilization Clinic Fund!
Donation protected
Hi! Camotes Aspin Project was created by me, Cassandra Cooper. Forever an animal lover whose freediving career has given me a platform to promote and create this project.
What started as a cry for help to care for Camotes strays has, with your outpour of support, inspired me to initiate Camotes first ever Animal Wellness and Sterilization Clinic, a program that will have a lasting impact in Camotes. With our now 8 person veterinary team, we have a mission to spay and neuter 200+ animals and give medical treatments to 500+. Included in this initiative are education programs on animal welfare and responsable pet ownership.
Long term, sustainable solutions are the only answer to the international problem of cat and dog overpopulation. We aim to provide these low to no cost programs through the support of our growing community and local government.
CAP will be the first and only animal welfare organization that partners with the international freediving community and local animal welfare groups. It is an initiative aimed at addressing the issue of stray cats and dogs, as well as promoting humane treatment of all animals.
I strongly believe that the humane treatment of animals is a shared social responsibility among businesses, resorts, consumers, tourists, and local residents. Camotes Aspin Project's aims to help local businesses and hotels, support and adopt our humane programs and provide stewardship for animals living on and around their property grounds. With the additional support of local humane partners and international volunteers.
Some of our programs include free spay/neuter clinics, animal welfare education for schools and pet owners, and other low- to no-cost programs.
If this first clinic is successful, we can do it again, but better, and bigger! But to get there we need your help! 100% of donation will go into our project. We will showcase our budget to show exactly where your donations are being allocated. Thank you so much, from our team at “Camotes Aspin Project”
