Our names are Whitney Doiron and Kyle Schmider. We have been friends since we met on our first mission trip to Nassau, Bahamas in 2011. There, we tore down and rebuilt homes for residents of the All Saints AIDS Camp. We have stayed close through college and have always bonded over serving others. Our vision this year is to take our work to Fond Blanc Haiti, where we will be serving along those at Next Step Ministries re-building a community that still feels the effects of the earthquake in 2010. Our job will be to expand a church and medical center and to provide care for children in an orphanage. Whitney will also be spending a second week volunteering for Children's Health Ministries to care for malnouroshed children. This trip will not be able to happen without prayers and generosity, so we thank you in advance from the bottom of our hearts.
