As many of you already know the circumstances with my mom, she is still fighting hard to kick this cancer. She has recently finished 1 round of chemo and still has many many many more to come. her most recent issue is her second surgery. which means more heartache, pain, expenses, and a longer wait for chemo. 
Money is extremely tight for us, I personally have had to take all of this completely on my own: ie: payments, hospital visits, transportation and long nights of trying to make sense of all of this. i have been lucky to have some help from family and my boyfriend, but in reality it’s not enough. we have tried many times to receive help from anything and everything her and i are eligible for but have gotten nothing.
My mom and all of us are thankful this kind of medicine exists, to help anyone in this position of course, but when medical help is there so are the medical bills.
