My name is Kim, I am Silas’s grandma and Bailys mom. I want to start with Rian and Baily Foley. They are the parents of 7 children. They have never asked us for help like this. I wish we didn’t have to ask others for help and we could cover this ourselves.

I asked Baily to write what she wanted to share:

This year has been rough for me, I ended up in a mental hospital during my pregnacy with Silas, after that I was doing a 6 week program for outpatient. I needed babysitters everyday for that.

Also during pregnancy I was considered high risk due to doctors saying that Silas was going to have omphalocele, so I drove an hour to appointments twice a week and had to have babysitters for that. I was super sick the entire time and had to pay for others to help me.

Silas was born April 8th at Randall’s hospital and ended up having only an umbilical hernia (thank goodness) and intestines were outside they did repair surgery at 2 days old and was in hospital for a week. Silas is now 3 months and in the hospital for an emergency surgery on Sunday from a infected thyroglossal duct cyst in his throat. He also has a cyst on the back of his tounge that they removed. He is recovering longer then expected and expenses are adding up. -Baily

Baily and Rian live an hour away from the hospital, with gas prices, breakfast/lunch/dinner along with babysitters they have run out of funds.

The $ will go to gas, babysitting, groceries and help with the mortgage for this month. Dad has lost several work hours during the last year and it finally caught to them.
