Hello everyone,

First and foremost I want to say thank you to all the people who have supported our small business since day one, and for those who have given us the opportunity to serve our food at your business locations! Unfortunately, earlier this morning 09/15/25 our food truck was crashed into. Our truck has only been open since April of this year. This small business was run by three people, Mom, Mom’s partner, and Pablo. It began as just an idea and dream for mom, mom was a single mom for many years always striving to do better. The food truck was more than just a source of income, it was our job, our dream, and more. Today, I ask for support. It is never ideal to have to ask for support. But with this being the family first source of income, it leaves us with expenses to cover, such as inventory for the truck, and maintenance. Anything helps. Thank you once again.
