Mimi is a beautiful mother, daughter and friend.
She is the co-owner of Sage Vegan Bistro and has given her life to offering healthy options to people and has always been the perfect picture of health, so it was a shock when she was diagnosed with breast cancer last year; after having a double masectomy was given a clean bill of health.
As life had just started to get back to normal, she started to have abdominal pain and shortness of breath - and only 7 months from clean bill of health she discovered multiple tumors in her liver and her lungs. Conventional medicine doesn't have much to offer so we are turning to our commuity to help raise funds for effective alternative treatments not covered by insurance.
