Help Jerry
Donation protected
Jerry Kaplan is a high school junior who was recently diagnosed with leukemia.
As an eight year old, he battled leukemia and won, but it’s a long and difficult process. He needs our help as he fights this battle for a second time. Jerry is currently in the hospital receiving treatment, which puts an added stress on his family as they want to spend as much time with him as possible. His mother works full time to support Jerry and his siblings, but she will have to miss an extensive amount of time traveling back and forth to the hospital. Jerry is the manager of the Baldwin High School soccer team, an honors student,
and the type of person who makes everyone feel comfortable. He balances his school work, his job and his extra curriculars without ever complaining about how much he has on his plate. In sports, we always preach to the team about the importance of becoming a family. At this time, Jerry needs all of us to unite as his extended family: the Baldwin Soccer team, the Baldwin community, and everyone who understands the tremendous challenge he faces.
We are hoping to raise funds to help Jerry’s family pay for bills, travel, and daily living expenses so that they can be with Jerry as he conquers leukemia for the second time. No amount is too small. Any contribution is appreciated.
