Hello Everyone my name is Jinxy
Most of you have known me in the clubs throughout the years or as your hairdresser. This is very hard for me to do but, I need help from my community to help raise the funds for my overall health.

As most of you guys know my daughter had cancer back in 2020 around that time we found out we all have PALB2 during her testing when she was getting treatment.
This specific gene means that it increases the risk of breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and pancreatic cancer.
This also means that I have to go get scans two times a year for breast cancer, and one time a year for ovarian and pancreatic since my chances are significantly high, compared to others.
I only bring this up, because if it wasn’t for having this specific gene, I would have never considered even getting a mammogram, or getting a breast exam during this time.

On April 12, 2021, I went in to go in and get my first breast exam.
In this exam, she did feel something that felt abnormal she made me an appointment for a mammogram asap.

On March 31, 2021, I had my mammogram appointment. They then moved me to an ultrasound to try and get a closer look at the mass they found. These were the results from the finding.

“ULTRASOUND FINDINGS: At 6:00, 3 cm from the nipple there is a parallel
circumscribed heterogeneously hypoechoic 2.6 x 0.5 x 1.5 cm mass without
demonstrable internal vascularity; there is trace surrounding fluid, and the
mass appears to be between the capsule and the implant shell. No other masses
are seen in the region.

IMPRESSION:

1. The palpable area of concern at 6:00 in the left breast corresponds to a 2.6
cm circumscribed parallel mass which appears interposed between the implant
shell and capsule at 6:00 in the left breast. Differential considerations
include scarring and silicone granuloma. Recommend further evaluation with
bilateral breast MRI.”

I was terrified during this moment because I had no idea whether or not I had cancer or a ruptured implant.

I had my appointment on September 2021
For my MRI the results came back negative for cancer, but I was still unsure about whether or not I had a torn implant at this point they recommend that I go see my plastic surgeon to get an evaluation, but they didn’t seem concerned they explained to me it was scar tissue that was above my implant.

Everything seemed normal up until the last 3 months, I started noticing I was getting extremely bad joint pain, extremely faint, chills, some memory loss, and being extremely sensitive to light.

I scheduled an appointment with my breast surgeon on September 19, 2022, originally to ask for a reduction since my implants are 700cc I figured that this was the main reason why I was having joint pain along with severe back pain and I’m also reaching that time to get them replaced. I completely spaced my appointment from 2021 at this point.
He did ask me during our consultation if I have gotten a mammogram, and immediately, I said yes, and then I pulled up all my test results and scans.
He explained to me that my left breast is torn and that I need to get surgery asap because I will indeed get sicker and sicker within time and it’s life-threatening to keep them in.

My appointment has the following being done:
bilateral breast reaugmentation, capsulorrhaphy, wise mastopexy: 7120$
Implants: 2,100$
Anesthesia: 1,425$
Facility fees: 4,200$
Friend/family discount : -712$
total: 14,133$
Deposit / booking fee: 2,100$

Now total: 12,000$

The remaining 8,000$ amount will be for my monthly bills and food. I’ll be taking off about 2 1/2- 3 months of work from what my doctor suggested since both of my jobs, I have to use my arms and upper body.

This has gone on far too long and at this point I have no other choice I have my appointment scheduled for December 15th this wasn’t ideal but this is a surgery I have to do and cannot wait on.
