Hi, my name is Lindsey Sater and I have been friends with Zach since 2003 and was thrilled when he met his beautiful bride, Lauren! They recently received some very scary news about their twin babies that leaves Lauren on modified bedrest and high risk. They have already traveled to Cincinnati for Twin-Twin Transfusion Syndrome surgery. They had an amnioreduction to remove 2.3 liters of fluid off of twin A. They got the official diagnosis of stage 1 twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome. Luckily, it was caught this early and we are being as proactive as we can. However, they are being monitored very closely and trying to keep those little stinkers in as long as they can!

Knowing they may be coming early, they will be preparing for a NICU stay. With all the additional medical stress comes the other stress of medical bills. With Lauren out of work and Zach using the bulk of his vacation time for the Cincinnati trip, we are wanting to help them by lifting some of that financial burden so they can focus on keeping Lauren and the babies safe.
