FND Diagnosis help whilst recovering

Hi my name is Harvey!

I was recently was diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder called FND (functional neurological disorder). Since the diagnosis my mobility has not been great I’ve been struggling to walk having balance issues, currently re learning to walk due to the FND, I am also having issues with grip as well as a hand full of other things .. I have also have been diagnosed with Non epileptic seizures which aren’t controlled so I have random attacks in the day.

all of this is causing me to not be able to work and could be months till I could go back. The fund will be used to help me to pay bill and rent whilst I can’t work myself.
