Maureen's Cancer Treatment

My Aunt has unfortunately had to continue her battle with cancer.
As she is self-employed, you can imagine she has exhausted her savings in this time of need. She was able, for a short time, to take back a few clients but then became too ill to continue, so she currently has no money coming in.
She was treated for Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma in the brain, abdomen and pelvis in 2018.
She enjoyed 8 months of remission which had us all quite pleased but in June of this year (2019) she developed a large mass in her right lung. She could hardly breathe, was extremely fatigued and in a lot of pain.
The tests came back positive for lymphoma, only this time it is a more aggressive cancer.
Her medical team is preparing her for a stem cell transplant, but the mass must be shrunk by 50% before she qualifies for the transplant.
If she qualifies she has to move from her home to be close to the hospital because she must make daily trips to the hospital to be examined and to take any necessary tests.
This will be for a period of at least 3 weeks. During this time she will have to pay for accommodation for herself and a mandatory care giver, as she will be too ill to care for herself. She has also found out that some of the drugs she will need won't be covered, one of which could cost $5,000.
Hopefully, after the treatment is over she will be sent home to recover.
But the medical staff are telling her she is looking at a minimum of 6 months to start feeling better.
The transplant isn't a guarantee she will go into remission or even survive the treatment.
She is also looking into other treatments to add to help her odds of surviving , but they come at a huge cost unfortunately.
If there is anything that you can give it would be amazing - I can't imagine my life without this amazing woman. I know that she is incredibly grateful for anything you can donate.
