Moving Expenses and FMLA

Hi, I’m Jess. I am in need of housing in the next month and some change. This was not expected, and I need help shouldering the financial aspect of an unexpected move.

I have identified a place two doors down from one of my best friends which would allow me to have an immediate community member close by, as well as someone to check in on my animals if I cannot be home. As we will be moving from a scenario with multiple humans to a scenario where it will just be them and me, this will be really important to helping the dog (Betty) and Margot (cat) adjust to these changes. They love their uncle and would be so thrilled to have him so close by.

If for some reason this apartment falls through, I still need to find somewhere to move in a relatively short timeframe. I need help coming up with security deposit and first months rent wherever I land.

I was already off work on FMLA when this development occurred and it is creating a substantial difficulty. Any help you can provide with this would be so greatly appreciated. ❤️
