We thank ALLĀH عزوجل for witnessing another blessed month, May all our great deeds and prayers be accepted, آمين.
We are appealing to you all once again to continue supporting and donating towards our ongoing school madrasah project. We need approximately £920 to complete the nursery. We are also asking for you let support towards feeding family members of our students, £33 to feed an average family:

Abu Huraira ( رضي الله عنه) reported that there came a person to the Messenger of ALLĀH (ﷺ) and asked:
Messenger of ALLĀH, which charity is the best? Upon this he said:
‘’That you should give charity (in a state when you are) healthy and close-fisted, one haunted by the fear of poverty, hoping to become rich (charity in such a state of health and mind is the best).’’ [Sahīh Muslim 1032a]

We appealed to you 12 weeks ago to help us build a borehole to address the urgent water shortage for our school and the community of Sunchu, and 1 anonymous brother responded by sponsoring the cost of the whole Project!!!! May ALLĀH ﷻ accept this magnanimous great act from him
and place it on his mēzān ⚖️ of good deeds, accept it from him أمين
We will be launching our yearly Ramadān appeal, another year of great deeds to look forward to إن شآءالله as there is still much to do at the school
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of ALLĀH said:
"The best of charity is that which is given when you are self-sufficient, and the upper hand is better than the lower hand, and start with those for whom you are responsible."

4th Jumāda Athāniya 1442AH UPDATE
The likeness of those who spend their wealth in the Way of ALLĀH, is as the likeness of a grain (of corn); it grows seven ears, and each ear has a hundred grains. ALLĀH gives manifold increase to whom He pleases. And ALLĀH is ALL-SUFFICIENT for HIS creatures' needs, ALL-KNOWER.
[Al-Qur’ān - 2:261]
Abū Huraira (رضي الله عنه) reported that there came a person to the Messenger of ALLĀH (ﷺ) and asked:

We have begun negotiating with potential contractors to start this magnanimous project that will not only benefit the school, more-so the community.
And our work doesn’t stop with the borehole... we still have a nursery to complete, adequate furnishing for the students, ‘Arabic, Literacy & Numeracy books to boost their Maths & English.

1ST DHUL-HIJJAH 1441AH UPDATE
السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته
We at Fātima Mālick Islāmic School hope you and your family are well and staying safe.
الحمد لله as we kindly request from you everyعيد we would like to give you all another opportunity to gain those much needed great deeds in this blessed month, to which our beloved Prophet ﷺ said:
"There are no days greater with ALLĀH (ﷻ) and more beloved to perform (good) deeds therein, than on these 10 days, so recite much Tahlēl (saying لا اله الا الله Laa ilaaha ill-ALLĀH), and Takbēr (saying الله أكبر ALLĀHu-akbar) and Tahmeed (saying الحمد لله al-hamdu LILLĀH)." [Musnad Ahmad, 7/224]
And amongst those good deeds is the sacrificial animal for the sake of ALLĀH ﷻ. We are offering you the opportunity to do your Qurbani (Udhiyyah) with videos and photos for you to see your animal once sacrificed إنشاءالله. We ensure all the animals meet the required conditions worthy of a sacrifice in accordance to the Sunnah, carried out by competent people (to the best of their abilities). With your help and donations (Sadaqah) since the beginning of this blessed month, you have helped feed 25 families, provided Zakat to 4 of the most needy individuals identified (2 of which have their basic needs, such as rent, paid for up to 8 months) and brought unexpected joy to the small Sunchu Balia community! Ramadaan 2020 1441AH UPDATE
السلام عليكم
Firstly we hope you, your family and loved ones are safe and well.
We have made much progress since last year Ramadan, installing 2 toilets (Male and Female), hosting conferences to raise awareness of the school and slowly but surely upgrading our stationary/curriculum:
We are now appealing to you once more to support us in this blessed month, especially with the current global pandemic, and feed each of our students and their families. As
schools have closed and parents abiding by the law to stay home, financial home
income have been gravely affected.
With 240 students, we have
approximated that it will cost on average D2000 (£33, exchange rate £1=D61) to
feed a whole family with the basic
essentials for Ramadaan. Allaah is indeed The Best of Providers, your donations are welcomed whatever the amount!

Ibn `Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: The Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) was the most generous of the men; and he was the most generous during the month of Ramadan when Jibril visited him every night and recited the Qur’an to him. During this period, the generosity of Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) was faster than the rain bearing wind.

Ramadan 2018 construction video appeal

UPDATE:
It has a total of 247 students, 118 boys, 129 girls aged 4-16 years and counting, 5 staff members.
The school is run by Oustass Cham, the founder and Arabic teacher of the school, and my Arabic teacher since the age of 7!
Last year Ramadan the classes were due for refurbishment before the rainy season in 2018 and we urgently needed your help to construct 2 new classes; 2 had been previously constructed.
The toilets are not in the best state for health and safety and hygeienc reasons, some still under construction.
The current classes are partly finished, that were sponsored by a couple of gambians, where the students are having classes, class no1 and no2.
As you can see from the video and pictures the classes are not enough to take up the vast number of student enrolments to support the administrative duties required.
A total of 423 blocks had been constructed since 2017, ready to complete the classes which require ongoing maintenance.

Inshalla'Allaah we hope with your assistance we can complete the classes, finish the toilets to suitable standards, and more importantly support the students in their learning.
