Operation Instigation is dedicated to disrupting cycles of injustice and unlocking the potential of underserved youth and communities in the Global South. Founded by Alycia Lee, we work to cultivate resilience, value-driven leadership, and community transformation through our flagship program, Instigating Excellence.

We are transitioning from program delivery to leadership infrastructure. The Hundred Instigators initiative will certify 100 mentors across the Global South in three years, each equipped to replicate the methodology in schools, organisations, and communities. A full Instigator pathway costs approximately $500 annually/per mentor. Multi-year, monthly, or anchor support enables us to build regional mentor hubs, institutional partnerships, and scalable systems rather than one-off trainings. We are inviting a small number of founding partners to help architect this infrastructure phase.

We will continue our flagship program, Instigating Excellence, which equips youth aged 14–28 with the tools and mindset to define success through agency, resilience, and contribution. Programs combine scientifically grounded learning, indigenous wisdom, and community projects that turn personal growth into local impact.
