In the wee hrs of the morning (9/10), my sister’s life was turned upside down when an electrical fire tore through her home, around 5am while they were asleep. In just a matter of minutes, the place she shared with her son was reduced to ashes.

By the grace of God, she was able to grab her son and run outside—barefoot, with nothing but the clothes on her back. In those terrifying moments, she had no time to save anything. What once was a warm and safe place to raise her little boy is now completely gone.

We are raising funds to help her with the essentials—clothing, food, temporary housing, and hopefully enough to begin rebuilding a safe and secure home for her and her son. Any amount you are able to give, no matter how small, will make a difference in helping them piece their lives back together.
