Early in 2024, April was diagnosed with cancer in her upper large intestine (colon cancer). She went through an intense round of chemo/radiation that ended earlier this year. Follow-up testing has shown that the cancer has progressed. Her next step is a major surgery, which will be happening Tuesday, May 27.

As you can imagine, the medical bills are accumulating and adding pressure to an already incredibly difficult situation. Alongside the costs that come with treating this type of cancer- the medicine, the hospital stays, etc. - it has been very difficult for April to work.

Although we would like to lift the entire burden of this cancer off of April, we can't. But what we can do is contribute financially to help take some of the financial concerns off of April & David's shoulders.

Whether you have the resources to give or not, we would also ask you to join in praying for April, for her complete and total healing, that this surgery would be a massive success. She will have a year of recovery post-surgery, so pray for endurance, as well.
