Operation rescue Gilbert

This is my very dear friend Gilbet R. Sotelo. Gilbert was diagnosed with ALS 16 years ago. At this time in Gilbert's life he needs more help then ever. The current facility that he is in, is not providing him with the complete and proper care that he needs and deserves. Financially money has run extremely low, and with help from family and friends we are all trying to come together to get Gilbert his own place ,so a family member can live and provide for him properly and safely. So we are asking for some help please, anything will help.
